Dr Melissa Carroll is a general dermatologist and a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. Dr Carroll graduated University of Queensland with degrees in Arts, Law and Medicine in 2007 and, completed her advanced training in Brisbane.
Dr Carroll has worked at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital, Queensland Institute of Dermatology and the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital. She has rural clinical experience, caring for dermatology patients in Gladstone.
Dr Carroll has a special interest in skin cancer screening and management, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, acne and general dermatology.
A keen musician, Dr Carroll plays both piano and trumpet and met her husband through music when teenagers. They still enjoy playing in an orchestra together when not chasing after their two small children.
